Pick Up Times
All orders need to be placed by 3pm the day before pick up or delivery. Orders will be available for pick up at our commercial kitchen from 11am to 1pm and 5pm to 7pm at 3280 Suntree Blvd. (see map below) Delivery can be arranged for orders of $35 or more for a $5 fee, however delivery must be within five miles of our kitchen at Suntree Blvd. Please contact us for special delivery requests outside of that radius.
Please note that all meals will be refrigerated at the time of pick up. Once received it is your responsibility to make sure your meal is refrigerated until ready to consume. If you prefer your meal hot for immediate consumption, please specify in the comments section of your order. Refrigerated meals should be consumed within five days of pick up.
All meals are packaged in recyclable and microwave safe containers. Please try and reuse your containers or place them in the appropriate recycling bins.
Cancellations made after 8am on the day of delivery will incur a charge of 50% of the total invoice.
Allergies and Intolerances
We use local and organic produce whenever possible. However, please be aware that our ingredients can change due to availability. If you have a specific food intolerance please send us a comment or call us and we will do our best to accommodate. Please also be aware that our food is manufactured in a facility that processes gluten, tree nuts, seeds, and vegetables.
What diet do we follow?
At Healthy Hearts, we don't follow any specific diet. We are firm believers in Hippocrates' "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." Wholesome, organic food should be the basis for good health. Give your immune system a break from dealing with the toxins, preservatives, additives, and chemicals present in so many of today's processed foods. Healthy nutrient-rich foods can help heal the body at a cellular level and bolster your immune system. We make our foods with this philosophy in mind. After all, "happiness lies first of all in health" and who doesn't want to be happy? :)
